Please contact us using the details above if you have questions about these terms and conditions.

2. Bookings and payment

Classes must be booked and paid for in advance through Acuity Scheduling unless we agree otherwise. Your place is confirmed when you receive a booking confirmation. You are responsible for checking the class, date, time, venue and level before paying. A pass, credit or booking is personal to you and may not be transferred without our prior agreement.

Prices shown at checkout include any applicable taxes. Payment is processed by Stripe We may correct an obvious pricing error before providing the service and will offer a refund if you do not wish to proceed at the correct price.

3. Class suitability and levels

Class descriptions explain the intended level and format. Contact us before booking if you are unsure which class is suitable. We may recommend a different class or decline participation where reasonably necessary for safety, provided we act fairly and do not unlawfully discriminate.

Our services and online booking are intended for people aged 18 or over. There is a minimum age of 16 to participate in classes with prior written agreement and consent from a parent or legal guardian.

4. Client cancellations and no-shows

You may cancel or reschedule through the booking system at least 12 hours before the class begins. Where you cancel within that period, the booking credit will ordinarily be returned to the relevant pass, or any refund entitlement stated at checkout will apply.

A cancellation made less than 12 hours before the start time, or failure to attend, will be charged in full and any class credits used will not be refunded. We may make a reasonable exception for serious or exceptional circumstances. This policy does not affect statutory rights.

5. Class passes

a) 5 Class Pack

  • Validity: 60 days from purchase, unless the product page states otherwise.

b) 10 Class Pack

  • Validity: 120 days from purchase, unless the product page states otherwise.

Class Passes can only be used across Balance, Foundations and Progression classes.

The applicable expiry date and class restrictions will be shown before purchase. Expired or unused sessions are not refundable merely because you did not use them, subject to statutory rights. If we cancel classes and this materially prevents use before expiry, we will provide a reasonable extension, replacement credit or refund. We may also consider a reasonable extension for prolonged illness, injury or pregnancy where you contact us promptly; supporting information may be requested where proportionate.

6. If we cancel or change a class

We may make reasonable changes to an instructor, room, venue or class content. If we cancel a class, or make a significant change you do not accept, we will offer a replacement booking, return the credit, or refund the amount paid for that class. We will provide reasonable notice where possible. We are not responsible for reasonably unforeseeable losses or costs beyond the remedies required by law.

7. Health and participation

By booking and attending an Align & Bloom Pilates class, you acknowledge that participation in physical exercise carries an inherent risk of injury. You agree to work within your own limits, follow guidance given during class, and stop exercising if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath or any other unusual symptoms.

You must provide accurate information requested for safe participation and tell the instructor before class about any relevant injury, condition, pregnancy, postnatal status, surgery, medication, symptom or change in health. If you are unsure whether Pilates is suitable, seek advice from an appropriate healthcare professional before participating. Align & Bloom Pilates will make reasonable adjustments and offer appropriate options where possible, but cannot accept responsibility for injury or loss arising from failure to disclose relevant health information or from not following reasonable instruction.

Our classes and guidance are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or rehabilitation. We may modify an exercise or ask you not to participate where reasonably necessary for safety.

8. Health Declaration, Pilates Readiness FOrm and participation acknowledgement

Before attending your first class, you are required to complete a Pilates Readiness Form and participation acknowledgement. You are responsible for informing Align & Bloom Pilates of any relevant changes to your health, medication, pregnancy status, injuries or medical conditions that may affect your participation and will be prompted to do this on subsequent bookings. Completion does not guarantee that a class is suitable. We handle health information as described in the Privacy Notice. If you are unsure whether Pilates or physical exercise is suitable for you, please seek advice from an appropriate healthcare professional before taking part.

9. Online Classes

For an online class, you are responsible for a safe, clear exercise space, suitable equipment, appropriate clothing, and a working device and connection. Position the device so you can see and hear the instructor. The instructor may be unable to observe or correct you as closely as in person. Do not record or share a class without written permission.

10. Babies, children and personal belongings

Where a class is advertised as “babies welcome”, the accompanying adult remains responsible for the baby’s supervision, care and safety at all times. Bringing a baby is optional. We are not responsible for loss of or damage to personal belongings unless caused by our failure to use reasonable care and skill.

11. Conduct

Treat instructors, other clients, venue staff and property respectfully. We may refuse admission or ask someone to leave for unsafe, abusive, discriminatory, disruptive or unlawful conduct. Any decision and refund will take account of the circumstances, services already supplied and applicable law.

12. liability and statutory rights

We provide services with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, breach of statutory rights, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not responsible for harm or loss caused by inaccurate or withheld information, failure to follow reasonable instructions, or exercising beyond your capabilities where we were not at fault.

13. Privacy

We use personal information to administer accounts, bookings and payments, send service communications, maintain records and support safe participation. See our Privacy Notice and Cookie Policy at https://www.alignandbloompilates.com.

14. COmplaints

Please email tempeste@alignandbloompilates.com with details of the issue and the outcome you are seeking. We will acknowledge and respond within a reasonable time. These terms do not restrict your right to seek independent advice, use an available alternative dispute-resolution service, or bring a claim in court.

15. Law and dispute

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you retain any mandatory protections of your local law and may be entitled to bring proceedings in your local courts.

16. changes to this notice
